J.P. DE MESA MULTI-VENTURES  INCORPORATED adopts the serial-production or assembly-line type of construction/renovation process.  Everything that can be prefabricated and pre-painted is done off-site and delivered to the site just in time for installation.

 

WHAT ABOUT COST?

  Savings in construction and renovation are attained during the design stage.  That is why we normally request our client to allow us to get actively involved during the design and value engineering stage. From our vast wealth of experience in hotel equipment, installation method and even the local sources from which we get them.  Savings from design and our productivity are shared with our clients.

 

WHAT ABOUT QUALITY OF WORKMANSHIP?

  We do not brag about our quality.  We normally request our clients to see our completed projects and solicit suggestions from them on how we can possibly improve quality.
